• You request lace cutting, or any other styling that differs from the displayed product

• The wig has been customised specifically to your preference

- Your lace has been altered in any way by you due to installation lace cut or blend

• The product shows signs of wear or alteration
Under UK Consumer Rights Law, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from standard return rights. As all our  wigs are customised, they fall under this exemption

In rare cases where a return or exchange is approved (such as a verified quality concern or confirmed order error), please

• You must receive the correct return address and instructions directly from us
Unauthorised returns or items sent to the wrong address will not be accepted and may be refused or lost.
